The Yield Guarantee
We sell our greens on a per-tray basis, grown when you order it, delivered right after harvest. This microgreens product shows an estimated per-tray yield and a guaranteed amount. We base our prices on the lesser, guaranteed amount, and any extra yield the tray produces is included for free. For example, if an herb has a tray estimate of 3-5 ounces, we price the tray for 3 ounces and any extra yield from the tray is given to you free of charge.
Fresh-As-Possible Approach
Asterisk Greens only grows to-order, meaning you will never receive old wilted greens. Microgreens from large distributors experience holding and transit times that reduce your produce's freshness window to 4-6 days. Asterisk Greens hand-harvests to retain form, uses life-lengthening packaging, and delivers the day after harvest, commonly lasting 10-14 days.
